Special Guests from Argentina: Ruben Harymbat & Enriqueta Kleinman
Inauguration of "La Yunta" Milonga
The inauguration turned out to be more than what we expected because we were honored with the presence of great artists such as Chicago famous bandoneonista, Gerardo Perez, much respected in the tanguero atmosphere, who made the musical notes of his bandoneon vibrate in the interior of the milonga, captivating completely the attention and the admiration of those who were listening. We also enjoyed the presence of Alberto Sanabria, an excellent harpist from Paraguay with Alfonso Chacon, the best chilean guitar player in Chicago. The music of Alberto Sanabria was a sweet melody in Ruben and Marie's "La Yunta" and the notes of Alfonso Chacon's guitar resonated in the hearts and taste of the audience. It was a real spectacle. Eduardo, artist from Cirque du Soleil, argentinean malambo dancer, shone on the dance floor while dancing tango. Also, we had the presence of many tango dancers and teachers from Chicago. Among them, the teachers of "La Yunta" milonga, Ellen and Oleg. Other teachers were also present, Fred y Yermen, Ray Barbosa, and Jurgen Pichler. We also enjoyed the gracious presence of José Franco. A refined atmosphere, since we all the guests were of high caliber.
